How does the automatic sync work?
ChoreoSync uses on-device audio fingerprinting (FFT cross-correlation) to find the exact matching moment between your practice video and the reference choreography. The entire process happens locally on your device in under 2 seconds — no internet connection required.
Are my videos uploaded to a server?
Never. All video processing, audio fingerprinting, and export happen 100% on your device. Your videos never leave your phone. No accounts, no cloud storage, no servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Find ChoreoSync and tap Cancel Subscription
I switched phones. How do I restore my purchase?
Open ChoreoSync and tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, and your entitlement will be restored automatically.
What's the difference between Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime?
Monthly and Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions — Annual offers a significant discount over Monthly. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges: pay once and keep Pro access forever, including all future updates.
The sync result doesn't look right. What can I try?
Make sure both videos contain audible music — the sync engine relies on the audio track. If the practice video was recorded in a very loud environment or the music is barely audible, results may vary. Try trimming both videos to start where the music clearly begins and tap Align again. If you're still having trouble, email us with a description of your setup.
What iOS version do I need?
ChoreoSync requires iOS 16 or later.
